BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

We accept walk-in appointments, but to avoid disappointment it is highly recommended to make a reservation by calling us at 778-737-7838 Please advise us at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory conditions, or have been diagnosed with/or are being treated for any diseases or ailments. Due to safety concerns, if you are pregnant, body massage and reflexology is only recommended after your 1st trimester.

DO WE HAVE RMT'S (REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST)?

We currently do not have Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and do not process insurance claims. However, our experienced masseuses are also skilled in deep tissue and acupressure massage. It is best to check with your insurance provider to see what your policy covers.

TAX

Tax is not included in our prices. 5% GST is based on the original price.

Gratuities

Our staff is dedicated to creating a positive experience for our guests. If you are happy with your service, gratuity is greatly appreciated and should be left with the receptionist at time of payment. The industry standard for tipping ranges from 15 - 20% of the service price.

HOW TO PAY?

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard.

WHAT TO WEAR?

For a body massage you will undress fully, leaving only your underpants on in order to use massage oil during your treatment. If you choose not to undress, we will not use any massage oil on you.

The foot reflexology treatment works on your feet and calves. Please wear comfortable pants that you can roll up to your knees so you can soak your feet in the foot bath comfortably and be massaged. We have shorts available for your convenience.

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

If you will be running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to give yourself time to relax, use the restroom, and change into more comfortable clothing if needed.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, as we must complete your service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest. The full price for the original booked treatment will still be charged.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

There is 2 hours free street parking on the south side of Pacific Street, and there is metered parking along Homer Street and Pacific Street..


We are only a short 5 minute walk from the Yaletown-Roundhouse sky train station.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER THE TREATMENT?

After the treatment you will feel relaxed and relieved of tension. We recommend that you drink plenty of warm water following the treatment as it facilitates elimination of toxins and assists the body in healing.

WHERE CAN I GIVE FEEDBACK?

If your experience at our spa has not met your expectations, we request that you speak with the receptionist before leaving. If unavailable, please feel free to call the spa to discuss the issue at a later date.
